Shopping and Deals
What is a Flash Deal?
Flash Deals are Same Day Final Sale deals only. All sales are final. Returns and Refunds are not possible.
What is a Buy One Get One Deal?
Buy one get one free (BOGO)! If you sell one of these products, the consumer will receive a second one for free!
Can I buy more than one of the same deal?
This really depends on how the business has set up their deal or promotion on DealMagik. If the deal they created permits more than one purchase by the same consumer, then you can certainly purchase more than one of the same deal.
Does DealMagik also do deliveries?
As of May 2022, DealMagik does not do deliveries. However, we are constantly evolving, and we would be looking for ways to improve the services we offer and could partner with a delivery service in the future.
Why should I read the Fine Print?
This is the most important section to read before you purchase a deal, as it lays out the terms and conditions associated with that deal. It ensures you’re fully informed about what you’re buying.
How do I redeem a deal?
All of your deal purchases can be found under “Purchases” and will include a QR code. Share the QR code with the business for redemption.
I need more information on the deal?I need more information on the deal?
The deal details page provides all the information you should need to decide whether to purchase the deal. However, if you can’t find what you’re looking for, or you still have questions, it’s best to check with the business directly. You can find the business’s website or contact information at the bottom of the deal details page.
What is the difference between Pickup and In-store Purchase Type?
Pickup means that the business will have your order ready to be picked up by you at their location indicated on the deal. An In-Store purchase indicates that you have simply pre-purchased the deal to be used at the business location on a future date.
Payments and Refunds
What is the Refund Policy if I buy a deal?
Though DealMagik facilitates the ability to refund a purchase, the refund is up to the discretion of the Vendor and the Vendor’s agreement with the consumer. However, any fees that Stripe charges for the refund will be charged to the Vendor. The Vendor agrees to always redeem the pre-purchased items on the DealMagik Marketplace. The Vendor agrees to redeem any unredeemed or expired purchases for at least the amount it was purchased for.
I bought a deal by mistake?
Request a refund within 24 hours, and all charges related to that deal will be reversed.
How do I Request a Refund?
Sign into DealMagik and Click on “Purchases.” Locate the deal you would like to request a refund for and click the refund icon to start the process.
What payment methods does DealMagik Accept?
We accept major credit cards with billing addresses in the US as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay. We will be adding additional payment methods in the near future.

There are 2 ways to contact our Support team: 1. Call our Consumer Support Hotline – 973-265-0720 2. Use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom – please submit with as much detail as you can provide.
What if the business does not accept the DealMagik deal voucher?
DealMagik is a marketplace, and most interactions are really between the consumer and the business. However, please contact us using the “Contact Us” link at the bottom, and we will follow up with the business and help resolve the problem.
Privacy and Security
Will DealMagik share my personal details with anyone?
DealMagik will not share your details with anyone other than the business from which you are making a purchase. We provide your name and phone number to the business to facilitate communication between you as a consumer and the business.
